CRISPYYY Air Fryer Chicken

Okay okay okay. Let’s talk crispy chicken.

Not just any crispy chicken — we’re talking juicy on the inside, crunchy on the outside, makes-your-salad-feel-fancy crispy chicken. And the best part? You don’t need a vat of oil or an entire afternoon. Just your trusty air fryer, some pantry staples, and like, 25 minutes tops.

This is the crispy chicken we keep in rotation constantly. Melon likes hers sliced over a power bowl with quinoa, sweet potatoes, and something green (her words, not mine). I’m more of a “throw it on a Caesar salad with extra parm and call it a day” kind of girl. Either way, it works.

Let’s get into it.

Next, press the yogurt-covered chicken into the panko mixture, coating all sides evenly. Gently press the breadcrumbs to adhere.

A delightful recipe for crispy air fryer chicken using boneless, skinless chicken breasts, coated with a yogurt and spiced panko crust. Perfectly juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside, this recipe is a healthier alternative to frying.
