CRISPYYY Air Fryer Chicken

Okay okay okay. Let’s talk crispy chicken.
Not just any crispy chicken — we’re talking juicy on the inside, crunchy on the outside, makes-your-salad-feel-fancy crispy chicken. And the best part? You don’t need a vat of oil or an entire afternoon. Just your trusty air fryer, some pantry staples, and like, 25 minutes tops.
This is the crispy chicken we keep in rotation constantly. Melon likes hers sliced over a power bowl with quinoa, sweet potatoes, and something green (her words, not mine). I’m more of a “throw it on a Caesar salad with extra parm and call it a day” kind of girl. Either way, it works.
Let’s get into it.

Serving Suggestion
Sear beef fillets on high heat for 2 minutes per side to form a golden crust. Let it cool before proceeding to keep the beef tender.

Notes

1
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for 5 minutes.

2
In a shallow dish, mix the Greek yogurt with the milk until smooth.

3
In another shallow dish, combine the panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

4
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Dip each breast into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are well coated.

5
Next, press the yogurt-covered chicken into the panko mixture, coating all sides evenly. Gently press the breadcrumbs to adhere.

6
Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

7
Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray the tops with additional cooking spray.

8
Cook for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F) and the crust is golden brown and crispy.

9
Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
